For international shipping enquiries, please contact Alicia at alicia.benetatos@outlook.com for a quote prior to purchasing. International shipping will be invoiced separately.
Original paintings are typically dispatched within one week of purchase. For artworks requiring framing, please allow approximately two weeks for dispatch.

Return and Refund Policy - Original Artwork
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Every artwork is carefully packaged for safe delivery. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Alicia as soon as possible with photographs of the artwork and packaging so the issue can be assessed and resolved.
Where a return is approved, the artwork must be returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the circumstances.
Return and Refund Policy - Fine Art Print
As all fine art prints are made to order, cancellations or changes can be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered production, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
