Return and Refund Policy - Original Artwork
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Every piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at alicia.benetatos@outlook.com

In certain circumstances, and at our discretion, an exchange or refund may be offered. If approved, the artwork must be returned in its original packaging at the customer's expense.

Return and Refund Policy - Fine Art Print

As all fine art prints are made to order, we have a 24 hour cancellation and exchange window from the time of purchase. Please reach out within this period to make any changes.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on fine art prints.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
